Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager (EHS)

Dynamic manufacturing company seeks an EHS Manager to lead health and safety programs for their two Wisconsin plants. This person will develop and lead the safety team, provide safety support to production staff and plant leaders, and monitor all EHS regulations. Must be a strong leader who can produce results within a fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities include: Successfully complete and maintain all local, state, and federal reporting requirements Monitor all IH, PPE, and ergonomic assessments Responsible for analyzing and communicating safety metrics to build and maintain a proactive safety culture within North American facilities Create annual safety guide, facilitate training, and oversee strategic safety plans Work closely with customers to investigate all safety requests Lead safety initiatives for North American plants and partner with global locations Requirements: BS Safety or related 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel 15%
