Position- Oracle HCM Fusion Time and Labor Functional consultant Duration-Contract Location- Plano, TX JD Oracle HCM consultant cloud experience more than 8+ year's Experience in implementing Time & labor module Experience in integration of Time & Labor e.g., Payroll, Expense, Experience in configuration of all aspects of Time & Labor e.g., layouts, Schedule Experience in gathering business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application. Experience in performing system configurations, create functional design documents, develop and document test scripts. Ability to drive Requirement workshops, Prototypes, CRP and UAT sessions with the clients. Experience in Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional process and flows. Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues raised in various implementation phase. Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Cloud HCM Solutions Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops.
