The role covers traction inverters, DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, and related systems, with ownership of system-level architecture, control strategies, functional safety, and EMC compliance. This position serves as a technical authority and customer-facing advisor, providing governance across complex, multi-disciplinary programs while shaping long-term technical strategy, standards, and business development efforts. The engineer mentors teams, drives best practices, and ensures robust validation through simulation, HiL, and hardware testing.
