Summary The Principal Engineer of Power Electronics is a senior technical leadership role responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering high-power power electronics systems-from clean-sheet concepts through prototype and production-intent hardware. The role covers traction inverters, DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, and related systems, with ownership of system-level architecture, control strategies, functional safety, and EMC compliance. This position serves as a technical authority and customer-facing advisor, providing governance across complex, multi-disciplinary programs while shaping long-term technical strategy, standards, and business development efforts. The engineer mentors teams, drives best practices, and ensures robust validation through simulation, HiL, and hardware testing. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in safety-critical, high-power electronics, mixed-signal and embedded control, EMC-aware design, motor drive control, thermal management, and full hardware lifecycle delivery, supported by advanced education and extensive industry experience. #LI-SB1
