Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Urgently Hiring Location: Bridgeton, MO (ASAP) Location: Saint Peters, MO (Slated to open in May) Job Type: Full-Time Monday through Friday (8:15-4:45) Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (depending on experience) Position Summary As a BCBA , you will oversee the clinical direction of individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting change. We prioritize ethical caseload sizes, professional development, and a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Design and modify individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and related professionals Ensure services align with ethical and clinical best practices Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting Participate in team meetings, training, and organizational growth initiatives Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass background checks and all state/funder requirements Benefits & Perks Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Flexible scheduling and hybrid options (depending on location) Low, ethical caseloads to support quality care Paid time off + paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement and ongoing training RBT supervision time counted toward billable productivity Supportive leadership and growth opportunities (Clinical Lead, Regional BCBA, etc.) For more information, please contact to Asra Moosvi at Call/Text: (469) 290 - 0934 or Email:
