Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Urgently Hiring Location: Bridgeton, MO (ASAP) Location: Saint Peters, MO (Slated to open in May) Job Type: Full-Time Monday through Friday (8:15-4:45) Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (depending on experience) Position Summary As a BCBA , you will oversee the clinical direction of individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting change. We prioritize ethical caseload sizes, professional development, and a healthy work-life balance.
