React/Next.js Architect

Job Title: React/Next.js Developer & Architect - Micro Frontend Client: Tractor Supply Company (TSC)/ End client not disclosed yet Location: Nashville, TN Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Frontend Developer + Architect with deep expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro Frontend Architecture. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of contributing to the development and providing architectural direction for scalable and modular frontend applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable Micro Frontend solutions for large enterprise applications. Lead the development and implementation of responsive, high-performance UIs using React and Next.js. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers. Define and enforce frontend coding standards, architecture best practices, and reusable component libraries. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other backend services as needed. Key Skills: React.js (16.x+), Next.js (13+) Strong knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture patterns and module federation JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Redux / Zustand / React Context HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS / Styled Components Webpack / Vite, Babel, Lerna, Nx (preferred) REST/GraphQL API integration experience Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
