Trident consulting is hiring Content DeveloperJob Title: Content Developer Location: 100% Remote Type: W2 Contract Engagement Type: Part-Time role (estimated 280 hours) Rate: $51/hr.Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with Cisco Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture planning tasks within Kinaxis via Webex recordings. • Transform recorded video demonstrations into clear, concise, and visually engaging written and visual training materials for end-users. • Design and format approximately 35 detailed written instructions based on demonstrated steps. • Develop and format a comprehensive Kinaxis Glossary. • Create a user-friendly Quick Guide for immediate reference. • Format a "Day in the Life" document to illustrate typical workflows. • Design and format effective assessments to measure learning outcomes and user proficiency. • Ensure each planning task is clearly labeled as a separate, distinct instruction. • Organize all training content logically, making it easy for end-users to navigate, locate, and utilize materials. • Implement a standardized look and feel across all instructions and multiple formats to ensure consistency and professionalism. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven expertise in technical writing and content development for complex systems. • Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles. • Proficiency in instructional strategies and experience with various authoring tools and software for training material creation. • Demonstrated ability in multimedia and UX design specifically for educational content. • Experience in performance measurement and aligning training content with desired learning outcomes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined project scope.
