Job Description Provide legal counsel and guidance on private equity and investment matters. Draft and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for investment opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs. Manage and oversee deal structuring, including fund formation and financing. Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting private equity and investments. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and expertise. Assist in developing strategies for business growth and client acquisition. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the state bar. Strong expertise in private equity and investment transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
