Pump Technician

Job Description We’re seeking a skilled Pump Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pumping systems and related controls. This role supports municipal, industrial, and wastewater facilities and requires strong mechanical and electrical skills. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial pump systems including split case, submersible, bearing frame, and other centrifugal pumps and motors • Perform repair of fresh water and wastewater pumping equipment • Diagnose and repair electrical systems involving high- and low-voltage AC/DC power, including single-phase and three-phase systems • Service VFDs, PLCs, and pump control systems • Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and labor hours • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working on-site and in the field Qualifications • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial pumps and motors • Working knowledge of electrical systems and motor controls • Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, and pump control panels preferred • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings • Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude • Excellent communication and customer service skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
