Job Full Description 1st shift / 3rd shift ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential functions include, but are not limited to): • Required to work overtime schedule as requested to meet production needs based on established overtime procedures • Use hand tools, torque tooling, portable powered hand tools, overhead cranes and hoists, and other powered equipment during assembly process • Inspects, troubleshoots, and tests assemblies to quality and conformance to documented processes • Be available to assist in other areas as needed QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE): • Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment • Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment manufacturing experience • Ability to read and communicate effectively both oral and written • Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper application • Basic knowledge of measuring devices • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading • Basic math functions - add, subtract, multiply, and divide • Basic computer/tablet skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Must be physically mobile with ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist, reach, climb, and walk • Must be able to work at heights and comply with facility fall-protection requirements • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs • Must be able to perform the above physical demands for extended periods of time Griffin (Atlanta Metro), GA 2165 1327 West Taylor Street Griffin, GA 30223
