ERP Project Manager (Full-Time, Onsite) Location: Coppell, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours Work Type: 100% Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, driven ERP Project Manager to lead and support ERP and enterprise application initiatives, including the OpenGov implementation and other strategic software projects. This role requires strong SDLC coordination experience and the ability to step in, take ownership, and proactively guide cross-functional teams from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can align stakeholders, manage vendors, and keep initiatives moving forward while maintaining structure and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead ERP and enterprise application projects through full SDLC (planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support) Support and help drive the OpenGov project and related software initiatives Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable project documentation Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans Maintain clear and consistent executive-level project status reporting Lead project meetings, working sessions, vendor demos, and steering discussions Ensure deliverables stay aligned with organizational goals and timelines Proactively follow up on tasks, remove roadblocks, and hold stakeholders accountable Required Skills & Experience Experience managing ERP and enterprise software implementation projects Strong SDLC knowledge and hands-on coordination experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet (Gantt charts, dependency tracking, reporting) Vendor management experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite and engage directly with business leaders and technical teams Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) background check upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience with OpenGov or similar municipal/government ERP platforms Background supporting public sector or municipal IT environments Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives PMP or formal project management training (not required but valued) GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
