Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, person-centered care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for those we serve. Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and team members. Document care provided according to community standards and regulatory guidelines. Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-focused work environment. Qualifications:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for serving seniors. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset.
