Job Summary: The Alarm and Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Install, program, and test alarm systems, cameras, and related security equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Communicate with clients professionally and explain system functions and updates. Document work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs. Collaborate with the service team and follow safety procedures. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certifications a plus. Prior experience in alarm installation, security systems, or electronics preferred. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls.
