Information Technology Project Manager

Job Overview We're looking for an Information Technology Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams for a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation that will impact both our corporate functions and manufacturing facilities. This is a key role in transforming our technologies, processes, and systems across the organization. If you're passionate about driving technology change and have experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting/analytics, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play a critical part in ensuring the success of this ERP program through strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making. Highlights of your roleOwn the Project: Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for critical ERP workstreams. Plan & Execute: Develop detailed project plans using established tools, coordinate activities, and monitor milestones to keep everything on track. Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress. Drive Improvement: Bring a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and promote efficiency. Communicate Clearly: Provide proactive updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders. Lead & Support: Foster a collaborative team environment, coach others, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2-5 years in IT project management, ideally with ERP implementations. Skills: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps. Knowledge of data migration, security, reporting/analytics, and system integrations. Bonus Points: Experience in manufacturing environments. Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel as needed.
