Owner's Superintendent

Superintendent - Data Centers Location: Boston, Massachusetts Pay: $140,000 - $160,000 Schedule: 6am-2pm, Mon-Fri Overview: Our client is an in-house construction team that builds data centers and large-scale infrastructure projects within mission-critical environments. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality control. You will manage installations, coordinate inspections, resolve conflicts, and foster a safety-first culture to keep projects on track. What you get to do: • Work as a Superintendent for an in-house construction team • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines • Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory standards • Perform quality control and ensure compliance with construction codes • Collaborate with the project team to solve issues and meet deadlines • Assist with the buyout of projects, particularly in carpentry, masonry, and structural steel What you need to succeed: • 7+ years of Superintendent experience • Prior experience with mission-critical or data center projects is a big plus • Strong knowledge of structural steel, concrete, electrical, and mechanical installations • Must have an active CSL in Massachusetts • Must have an OSHA 30 certification • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment What's in it for you: • Excellent base salary ($140,000 - $160,000) with performance-based bonus • 401k with strong company match • 3 weeks PTO • Competitive Insurance package (health, dental, vision) • Opportunity for career advancement in a growing company • Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment Apply now!
