Company DescriptionJob Description As a Total Rewards Manager, you will own and continuously develop SIXT's total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. A key part of your role is to create and evolve SIXT's Employee Value Proposition, ensuring our compensation, benefits, and rewards clearly reflect what makes SIXT a great place to grow. As a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and leadership, you will translate business ambition into compelling, competitive, and compliant rewards programs.
