Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and participate actively in quality improvement programs aligned with state and national healthcare guidelines. Utilize electronic health records and voice recognition technology for timely and precise documentation. Education and Experience Master's degree in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing Practice with at least two years of ARNP experience preferred. Alternatively, a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physician Assistant studies with relevant clinical experience. Licenses and Certifications Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington State. DEA certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Skills and Abilities Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to manage diverse medical conditions.
