Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare team providing comprehensive primary care in a welcoming ambulatory setting within the Pacific Northwest region. This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, including evaluations, care planning, medication management, and patient education, all while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities Deliver thorough primary care services in outpatient clinics, addressing a wide range of patient needs. Provide coverage across multiple clinics as needed, ensuring continuity of care during provider absences or schedule gaps. Engage in disease prevention and health promotion initiatives tailored to the patient population. Perform detailed medical histories and physical examinations, documenting findings accurately. Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and participate actively in quality improvement programs aligned with state and national healthcare guidelines. Utilize electronic health records and voice recognition technology for timely and precise documentation. Collaborate with various departments to optimize patient care and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to stay current with best practices. Adapt flexibly to changing work locations and patient populations as directed by clinic leadership. Education and Experience Master's degree in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing Practice with at least two years of ARNP experience preferred. Alternatively, a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physician Assistant studies with relevant clinical experience. Licenses and Certifications Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington State. DEA certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Skills and Abilities Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to manage diverse medical conditions. Proficiency in pharmacotherapy and treatment plan development. Effective communication skills tailored to patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
