Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living settings. You'll be supported by a full-time medical director, administrative staff, and outsourced billing services, so you can focus on patient care. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up visits • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications • Collaborate with facility staff, medical directors, and care teams • Document in EMR in a timely and accurate manner Nurse Practitioner Job Benefits: • Competitive salary with productivity incentives • Best in class benefits • Full-time W2 employment (not 1099) • Malpractice insurance fully covered • Flexible scheduling and autonomy • Supportive, collaborative team environment • Administrative and billing support provided Nurse Practitioner Job Qualifications: • Must have a current and active NP license and DEA # in the State of Illinois. • Must have at least one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner. • Be willing and able to commute to long term care facilities. • Experience with geriatric populations or interest in working with older adults • Compassionate, patient-centered care philosophy • Strong communication and collaboration skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive base + productivity bonus (commensurate with experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible hours) Work Setting: On-site at skilled nursing/long-term care facilities Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, Malpractice coverage, PTO, CEU Reimbursement
