A profitable, well respected grain elevator with a track record of success for farms and repuation for customer service is looking to bring on a well spoken and farm passionate grain origatnator. This person should have a solid background in farming and/or grain and have excellent communication skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree based in agriculture is ideal or relevant industry experience. Pay will be based off of experience and include a solid base salary + commissions/bonus, full benefits that include health insurance and paid time off and an attractive retirement plan. (60k+ to start) Compensation 60,000 - 80,000 + per year
