Robotic Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $35.50/hr Schedule: Three Shift Options Available We're launching a brandnew, stateoftheart facility packed with advanced robotics, highspeed material handling systems, and nextgeneration automation-and we're looking for Maintenance Technicians to help keep it all running at peak performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, belts, photoeyes, relays, sensors, and controls Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS, with accurate documentation Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues and recommend longterm solutions Promote a safe working environment by strictly following all safety procedures Mentor and support junior technicians, helping develop the next generation of technical talent Build strong working relationships across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required 2+ years of handson experience maintaining or repairing automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or similar mechanical/controls systems 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics Proven commitment to safety standards and best practices Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE: DIRECT-HIRE Position Competitive pay: $35.50/hr Health benefits starting Day 1 Matching 401(k) program Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave Provided PPE, including lightweight FR daily wear and compositetoe safety shoes Handson work with stateoftheart automation and robotics technology Career growth opportunities in a modern, techdriven environment A culture that values safety, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning WORK ENVIRONMENT: Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching throughout 12hour shifts Ability to safely lift and move up to 49 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Comfort working at heights, including climbing ladders and gangways Willingness to work any of the available shifts based on business needs Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
