About the job Class-A Truck Driver Entry Level 0 Exp Paid Training We are hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, regional and dedicated runs east of I-35. We welcome both experienced drivers and drivers with limited or no over-the-road experience who qualify for our paid training program. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,400 - $1,800 (based on experience, route and miles driven) Weekly direct deposit + safety/performance bonuses Home time: weekly or bi-weekly (depending on chosen fleet) Late-model tractors (2024-2025 Freightliner / Kenworth) with APUs Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life/AD&D, 401(k) match (after eligibility), paid holidays & PTO, pet & rider programs Paid orientation Paid Training OptionDrivers who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school and meet eligibility requirements receive 3-5 weeks of paid one-on-one training. Main Responsibilities Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely and in full compliance with DOT rules Handle mostly no-touch dry van freight (~70% drop & hook) Meet delivery appointments and maintain high on-time performance Keep accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip reports Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues immediately Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers Requirements Valid Class A CDL (or proof of 120+ hours completed accredited CDL training and eligibility for sponsored training) Acceptable driving record with focus on safety Ability to pass DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug screen Join a driver-focused operation with steady freight, modern equipment, reliable home time and strong support from dispatch.
