Production Worker- Mid shift

Job Full Description Production Worker - $20/hr ? Medina, OH ? Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday ? Training: 1-2 weeks on 1st shift About the Job Join a well-established Medina manufacturer that produces high-quality sanding and abrasive products-including sandpaper, belts, and discs-used in industries like metal, glass, automotive, and construction. We're looking for dependable Production Workers who enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail, and want a steady weekday schedule. If you like working with machinery and taking pride in producing a quality product, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Load sandpaper and abrasive materials into machines, making sure everything is lined up correctly Monitor production to ensure consistent quality Carefully align and join sandpaper ends to form looped belts (attention to detail is key) Stack and nest groups of paper according to specifications Cut sandpaper into smaller strips and belts using a foot-pedal press Measure and verify cuts using a ruler (basic math skills required) Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and production guidelines What We're Looking For Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in an industrial environment Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing experience Pay & Benefits $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule with evenings only Eligible for a full benefits package after a 90-day evaluation period #3314LI Medina-Wadsworth, Ohio 3314 1154 Hinkle Drive Suite H Wadsworth, OH 44281
