About IntelliRad Imaging: Private, physician-owned & physician-managed practice Rapidly growing Neurointerventional Surgery practice Team includes: 4 full-time neurointerventional physicians. 5 Full time APPs (1 outpatient and 4 inpatient) 3 outpatient clinics 4 hospitals in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties of Florida Facilities include a Level 1 trauma center, Level 2 trauma center, 3 Comprehensive Stroke Centers, and a Primary Stroke Center. Handles over 1,000 cases. Eligibility for Fellowship: Completed residency in Neurology, Radiology, or Neurosurgery before fellowship program start Additional requirements: Neurology applicants: Neurovascular or Neurocritical Care fellowship. Radiology applicants: Diagnostic Neuroradiology fellowship. Board Certified/Board Eligible in primary specialty. ECFMG applicants accepted. Responsibilities: Participate in call rotations and patient rounds. Assist and perform procedures and, once qualified, potentially perform independently, including: Diagnostic cerebral angiography stroke thrombectomy carotid/intracranial stenting aneurysm embolization AVM/AVF embolization lumbar punctures lumbar myelography cisternograms epistaxis embolization trauma embolizations vertebroplasty MMA embolization oncologic embolizations plus other procedures Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $70,000-$80,000 (based on experience and PGY level) Health and malpractice insurance provided Additional perks: $2,000 annual book stipend. Up to $2,000 annual conference fees. 4 weeks paid time off.
