This is a direct hire, permanent position with full benefits starting Day 1. Position Details Location: Rosenberg, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Equipment: CNC Lathes, Mills, Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL) Controls: Fanuc, Haas, Siemens What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes Write and optimize G-code programs for maximum efficiency Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance Compensation & Benefits Pay: $30-$38/hour based on experience Overtime: Available at 1.5x pay Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage from Day 1 Life Insurance: Employer-provided 401(k): Company match program PTO: Paid time off Requirements: What We're Looking For Must Have: 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience Proven experience with CNC lathes, mills, and VTL (vertical turning lathe) G-code programming skills (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls) Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and manufacturing High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to Rosenberg Preferred: Horizontal boring mill (HBM) experience Trade school or technical certification Ready to Join Our Team?
