For more information please visit: Corporate RecruiterPosition Summary: The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting Keystone's corporate hiring initiatives by partnering closely with Executive Leadership and department leaders to meet key staffing needs. This position manages full-cycle recruiting efforts and collaborates with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent. The Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the Director of Recruiting. Key Responsibilities: Partner with corporate hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Keystone's corporate-level positions. Create and manage job postings, including drafting position descriptions and establishing screening and selection criteria. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach. Review resumes and conduct initial virtual candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with Keystone's corporate culture. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate skills and organizational fit, and present qualified candidates for consideration. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with executive leadership, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience. Track and manage candidate activity and interview feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collect interview feedback from executive leaders and hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future corporate hiring needs. Support recruitment-related projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned. Maintain knowledge of corporate hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and market conditions to support effective hiring decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruiting technologies. Experience leveraging job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and attract talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
