We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sarasota. This role is pivotal in advancing our capabilities in artificial intelligence and machine learning, specifically focusing on signal processing solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical foundation and the ability to collaborate effectively within an innovative environment. Role Responsibilities Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to decision-making and SIGINT processing requirements. Develop models for event characterization, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and automated analysis of sensor systems. Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI/ML functionalities into enterprise architectures, ensuring optimal performance with a focus on accuracy, security, and maintainability. Create systems that enable autonomous decision-making and adapt to dynamic environments with minimal human intervention. Contribute to large-scale sensing systems by developing models that deliver intelligent insights supporting critical missions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI or ML within a professional setting (3-5 years preferred). Proficient in machine learning model development and deployment, with experience in modern ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong programming skills with statistical and signal analysis libraries. Experience with neural network architectures, including deep learning models, and a solid understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms. Deep understanding of MLOps, including deployment and processing pipelines, testing, and validation. TS/SCI active clearance required. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Skills Familiarity with digital signal processing fundamentals. Experience with RFML and Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Knowledge of AI applications for autonomous decision-making and analysis. Experience with multimodal, agentic systems using RAG, COT, or MARL approaches. Proficiency in reinforcement learning, human feedback, and related system learning methods. Experience in deploying containerized AI models using Docker and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI. Skills in model monitoring, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Experience with real-time inference systems and low-latency model serving. Understanding of adversarial ML and AI security/robustness techniques.
