YOUR MISSION PUMA'sEntertainment marketing apprentice will support the team in executing marketing operations and tactics across various partnerships andproductinitiatives. This includessupport viaevent staffing, celebrity and talent product gifting, influenceracquisition, and generalmarketingassistancewithKPI tracking,updatingmarketingdecksand trackers.The Entertainment Marketing Apprentice is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced,detailedandexternal facingenvironment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support on administration,logistics, and execution of marketing events, influencer gifting,photoshootsand other variousmarketingactivations Assistthe development of overall global marketing strategies and campaigns for theentertainment team Tasksinclude:marketing deckupdates, campaign recaps, agency partnership, product ordering, and invoicing. Maintainseedingproduct inventory Consistentlyplace andtrack product orders forteam Support oncurrent strategies around digital, social, UGC, influencer content, campaigns, and drop schedules Manageacomprehensivedatabase of up-and-coming talent and influencers to propose for projects Research competitive intelligence within the fashion,lifestyleand sports industry YOUR TALENT Bachelor'sdegree or minor inmarketing, public relations,communications, fashion, or a related fieldpreferred SkilledinMicrosoft Office Programs such as Outlook,PowerPointandExcel Experience withsocialtracking platforms likeCampaygn,Creator IQorTribe Campaign Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervisionexecuting projects on time and working collaboratively within a team Excelin fast paced environmentsand are comfortable multi-tasking and problem-solving Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently Excellent written & verbal communication skills Must be based inLos Angeleswith own mode of transportation to commute to Hollywood Expectedattendance is five days a week in office Physical capability to carry up to 40lbs when necessary The base pay for this position is $23 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
