Posting Details Position Information Position Title Adult Education Trainer - Math/Science Job Summary The major responsibility of the ABE/ASE Trainer - Math is to provide educational opportunities for students seeking to either improve basic academic skills and/or prepare for the math High School Equivalency tests. Environment: Promote and support teamwork and cooperation with other division staff, instructors, and external agencies in order to promote a positive learning experience for our students. Provide timely information and referrals as needed; meet deadlines for reporting purposes. Provide a classroom environment conductive to learning, sensitive to diverse backgrounds and responsive to the needs of the individual and the class in general. Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequired Qualifications • BA or BS degree in Education or related field.
