Primary Recruiting Services - Construction Superintendent Location: Boston, MA Salary: $130k - $160k + 15% bonus Schedule: Onsite M-F Benefits: PTO, health insurance, 401k match, phone allowance, laptop, iPad Our client is looking for a Superintendent to oversee projects - their upcoming Residential construction project. You'll supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and work closely with the Project Manager. Strong leadership skills, experience with project software, and 5+ years in multi-family construction are required. Growth opportunities to VP level available. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Assistant Superintendents, Punch Carpenters, and Laborers Coordinate inspections, safety meetings, and material orders Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues Maintain project schedules and quality standards Qualifications: Bachelor's in Construction Management or 5-10 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel Knowledge of construction codes and processes Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills relocation is not offered & they do not offer Visa Sponsorship
