Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven practices to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday life skills. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrative care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to promote sustained progress at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary, always ensuring patients remain on track. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications State-issued Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
