Scheduling Coordinator/Scheduler - Home CareFull-Time | Fast-Paced Scheduling & Care CoordinationAbout the Role Comfort Keepers is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Scheduler to support daily operations in a high-volume home care environment. In this role, you'll coordinate caregiver schedules, respond quickly to changing needs, and provide leadership and support to our caregiving team to ensure exceptional client care. What You'll Do Coordinate and update daily caregiver schedules with accuracy and urgency Manage last-minute changes, resolve staffing conflicts, and ensure continuity of care Support and guide caregiving staff regarding scheduling, performance expectations, and compliance Communicate clearly with caregivers and clients to ensure seamless care delivery Monitor staffing levels and proactively adjust to meet client needs Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation in the system What You Bring 2+ years of scheduling experience (home care strongly preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Excellent multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Strong computer skills and exceptional organizational habits Steady under pressure, collaborative, dependable, and solutions-driven Caregiving experience is highly valued Why Comfort Keepers?
