This role offers a 7-on, 7-off schedule with a manageable daily patient census of 8-18. Work alongside two on-site physicians from 7 AM to 7 PM, with one physician on backup call each night. Physicians report that they rarely get called while receiving only 2-3 calls per week and the extenders handling 7 PM to 7 AM. The contracted group manages telemedicine ICU admissions and consults Monday through Friday. On-call rooms are available if needed.
