Job Title: LVN / LPN - Acute Care Location: Syracuse, NY 13210 Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension) Shift: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts Shift Timing: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend & Some Holidays Required Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per Hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview: A respected acute care hospital in the Syracuse area is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for a 13-week assignment with strong potential for extension. The nurse must be able to independently perform the majority of patient care functions in an acute care setting with minimal orientation and supervision. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in an acute care environment Assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration Monitor and document patient status and changes in condition Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations Support patient safety and quality care standards Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Certifications & Licensure: Current New York State LPN License CPR Certification Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 Year of LPN Experience (Acute Care Preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work every other weekend and some holidays For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
