Benefits & Extras: Direct hire opportunity with long-term stability Monday-Friday schedule (7am-4pm) aligned with plant leadership High-visibility role reporting directly to leadership Strong internal network of experienced Purchasing leaders across sister facilities No travel required Collaborative, team-oriented plant environment Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annual salary What You'll Be Doing: Own the full-cycle purchasing process from sourcing to payment Develop and execute purchasing strategies across spend categories Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier terms Manage on-site inventory, cycle counts, and semi-annual reconciliations Forecast demand in partnership with operations and finance Track KPIs to reduce cost and improve efficiency Ensure procurement compliance and resolve invoice/contract discrepancies What You'll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described.
