Prep Plant Technician WV

TECHNICIAN - PLANT Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Performs all duties and activities in a manner that conforms to site specific safety requirements, company policy, state and federal regulations. Plant start-up and operations. Monitor plant controls while in operation. Make plant adjustments (tons per hour, gravity, temperature, etc.). Plant shutdown. Other Duties/Responsibilities: General clean-up. Mechanic helper on plant repairs. Perform other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have overall knowledge of coal preparation process. Must have working knowledge of plant circuits that are involved in preparation. Familiar with running and safety controls Know the Safe Job Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, company safety policies, and applicable rules and regulations. Welding experience preferred Working Environment: The operator must constantly be attentive to the changing geological conditions and surrounding environment.
