Job Title: Multi-Unit Manager Location: Eastern North Carolina (Jacksonville, New Bern, Morehead City) Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 base salary + bonus + benefitsJob Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations in Eastern North Carolina, including Jacksonville, New Bern, and Morehead City. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and their teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment. Drive-Thru Expertise: Optimize drive-thru operations to maximize efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls to meet financial targets. Customer Experience: Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and hospitality. Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance team performance. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or food service industry. Proven expertise in managing drive-thru operations. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing P&L statements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Willingness to travel between locations within the assigned region. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary of $85,000 - $95,000. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
