Floor-Ready Requirements Dependable team player Experience with measuring devices (tape measures, micrometers, squares, etc.) Ability to read job specifications and adjust machines accordingly Experience with overhead crane operation is preferred Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends when needed Money. Perform quality checks and document results. Conduct minor preventative maintenance. Detect machine malfunctions and workpiece defects. Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy. Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints. Collaborate within the team and assist with other department duties.
