Developer/Programmer Analyst 3

Job description: CARE - CS - CS Services Migration Out of CARE Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, typically using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular). Manage the full application lifecycle, including database design, API integration, testing, and deployment. • Participate in high-level and detailed design, development, testing and deployment of new application components. • Create technical and design documentation, as required. • Analyze software for configuration & performance tuning opportunities, as required. • Analyze software for code vulnerabilities and perform remediation, as required. • Other duties as assigned. Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience in design and development of web-based applications using Java and J2EE technologies. 8 Required Experience in front-end user interfaces design and development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular). 8 Required Experience in Web Services design and development, including API integration. 8 Required Experience in open-source java-based frameworks like SpringBoot. 8 Required Experience implementing RESTful services security using JWT, OAuth, and other related technologies/standards 8 Required Development experience implementing applications utilizing any JEE Application. 8 Required Experience implementing client-facing applications with responsive design and development. 8 Required Experience with integration of web services into Angular or React based SPAs 8 Required Experience in implementing best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability and maintainability. 5 Preferred Experience with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 5 Preferred Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
