SalesForce Architect Tampa, FL-- Hybrid 6 month c2h Required Experience: • 7+ years implementing and configuring SFDC for 200+ users • 4+ years of training SFDC admins and managing projects • 4+ years managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ • 4+ years managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) • Experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, preferably serving as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Platform, etc. • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations. • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow. • Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and experience in providing technical leadership in an Agile development environment. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred. • Master Microsoft Office Suite.
