Production Manager

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Production Supervisor in Swartz Creek! We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and oversee the Assembly Department. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in mechanical assembly, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities -Oversee daily production operations, including machining, fabrication, and assembly of hole cutting tools and mag drill components -Lead and manage the Assembly Department, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance -Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines -Monitor KPIs such as throughput, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency; drive corrective actions as needed -Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve product design for manufacturability -Train, mentor, and supervise production and assembly staff; foster a culture of accountability and teamwork -Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies; promote a clean and organized work environment -Support continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing, 5S, and root cause analysis Annual salary is $80,000 per year.
