Quality Assurance Coordinator (Quarterly QA Reviews)

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field) Minimum 3-5 years experience in: Quality Assurance Compliance Clinical documentation review Behavioral health or healthcare settings Strong knowledge of: Medicaid behavioral health services OBH and MCO documentation requirements CARF standards (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to provide clear, professional written reports Work Schedule One on-site QA visit per quarter Flexible scheduling coordinated with leadership Compensation Competitive per-visit compensation, commensurate with experience and scope of review Independent contractor/consultant arrangement
