Job Description Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams across multiple markets. Manage jobsite logistics, sequencing, material deliveries, and daily work plans. Enforce safety standards, conduct jobsite meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify constructability and accuracy. Track schedule progress, identify field issues early, and implement solutions to avoid delays. Communicate regularly with Project Managers to provide updates and align on project goals.
