Contract Administrator IIILocation: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $121-$126KResponsibilities Contract Management: Oversee and administer multiple professional service contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and applicable ordinances. Task Order Processing: Create and manage various task orders, including labor, scope-based, and closeout orders, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. Budget Monitoring: Track task order expenditures, anticipate budget adjustments, and resolve funding issues in collaboration with internal teams. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive logs of contract performance, prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, and ensure all documentation is accurately stored and accessible. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various internal departments, including executive offices, project teams, IT staff, and budget teams, to facilitate smooth contract administration. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant policies and procedures, including inclusivity and legal compliance. Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes or issues between firms and the organization, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Security Badge Processing: Coordinate and process security badge request packages, ensuring compliance with protocols. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial or government contract administration, with a focus on complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction programs, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels. Project Delivery Methods: Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods such as Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) is preferred. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
