Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Perform comprehensive age-specific assessments and document findings to develop individualized care plans. • Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to implement and evaluate interdisciplinary care plans, adjusting as needed. • Administer treatments and medications accurately while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. • Utilize electronic medical records (EPIC) for documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Candidate requirements • Graduate program eligible for VA licensure. • Current RN license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required ; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on patient population.
