Job Description NRVCS is looking for our next Facilities Technician! The Facilities Technician performs routine and preventative facility related maintenance and repairs including HVAC filter and/or system maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair, interior finishing and general facility duties including care of grounds, snow removal, painting and physical facility appearance. Starting Salary: $37,482-Depending on ExperienceEducation Requirements: A combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma (or) Any combination of education and extensive work experience in the field of Facility Services including considerable experience in construction, repair, and maintenance work involving facilities. A qualified License to perform General Contracting work and/or trade license (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
