Job Title: Medical Technologist (Night Shift)Location: Hudson, FLPosition Type: Full-TimeRelocation: Case-by-Case Assistance AvailablePosition Overview Join a high-volume Regional Reference Laboratory as a Medical Technologist. You will perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing across key disciplines including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. This role is designed for a professional who can apply theoretical concepts and independent judgment to ensure timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & IncentivesHourly Rate: $27.09 - $37.92/hr (Based on experience). Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Night Shift. Shift Differentials: $2.50 (Nights) | $2.00 (On-Call). ScheduleShift: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Commitment: Full-Time with rotating weekends. Key QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years as a Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist required . Licensure: Active State of Florida Technologist License (or eligibility to obtain during the interview process). Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology preferred. Core ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate diagnostic testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. Maintain quality control records and perform equipment troubleshooting/maintenance. Analyze proficiency testing samples and manage specimen processing. Support department goals for regulatory compliance (CAP, etc.) and quality service.
