From maintaining lighting systems to ensuring our grounds are pristine, you'll take pride in creating a professional, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.What you'll doFollow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.Perform general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. Run errands to support projects.Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.Maintain grounds of facility and property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.Patrol grounds, common areas and parking facilities. Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns.Perform housekeeping functions and maintain the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.Paint and patch drywall. Perform other minor repairs under supervision.Facilitate office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, office keys, nameplates, etc. Maintain key inventory.Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.Prepare meetings and conference rooms, arranging tables and chairs as requested. MBA or advanced degree, a plus. Real Estate License Minimum 10 years of transaction management experience. Preferred background includes experience with technology clients, portfolio strategy development and process improvement. Ability to support the transaction management transition of multiple clients. International/global work experience preferred. Process development expertise, with proven ability to understand current-state, run gap analysis, proactively explore new ideas to increase quality, efficiency, effectiveness, obtain client and account team buy-in, and lead others through process improvements. Develop operational or governance playbooks. Expert facilitation skills for meetings and workshops, both internally and externally. Change Management leadership experience, able to drive improvements partnering with key stakeholder groups across client organizations and CBRE. Strong project management, coaching, and consulting skills. Proven ability to ensure all scope is accounted for within the transition plan; can proactively develop custom components based off client needs and can lead the development of new components into the standard plan. Ability to predict possible risks and proactively develop mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders. Can lead teams through solutions and enable successful outcomes. Proven ability to lead and manage employees, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and retention, is preferred. Previous experience operating in an ambiguous environment and in the absence of a well a defined scope. Able to improvise and create solutions customized for clients. Proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic environment, readily adjusting to changing priorities. The minimum salary for the Senior Transaction Director position is $190,000 annually or ($91.35 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Senior Transaction Director position is $250,000 annually [or $120.30 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
