You'll support the merchandising team by setting up new items, coordinating product data, managing promotions, and collaborating with vendors and internal partners to execute category strategies. Partner with internal teams and vendors to gather and verify accurate product information. Maintain consistency of product details across systems, signage, and eCommerce platforms. Track timelines, merchandising calendars, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate promotions, category launches, and seasonal updates with cross-functional teams. Communicate directly with vendors for product samples, marketing materials, and documentation. Prepare sales and inventory data to support category performance reviews. Assist in maintaining planogram documentation, signage rollouts, and merchandising guides. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field required. At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, category management, buying, or retail support preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-you thrive on keeping things accurate and up to date. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you enjoy partnering across teams and vendors. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
