Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil

Job Description Senior Heavy Civil EstimatorOverview We are seeking an experienced Senior Heavy Civil Estimator to support the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale heavy civil construction projects. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction planning and bid development across a variety of civil scopes. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Develop and review bid proposals and supporting documentation Collaborate with project managers, operations, and leadership during the bidding process Assess project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of experience estimating heavy civil construction projects Proven experience with scopes including structures, concrete paving, heavy highway, and related civil work Strong understanding of construction means and methods Experience with HCSS HeavyBid software is highly preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Full benefits package Relocation assistance available Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Please reach out to me ASAP at with a resume for further information!
