Job Title: Mixer and Blender Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team in the Frozen department, where you will play a crucial role in the production room, maintaining a consistent temperature of 57 degrees. This position involves periodic access to a freezer for the retrieval and storage of items. The role demands physical endurance and adaptation, particularly during the initial weeks as you become accustomed to the workload.Responsibilities Lift 50lbs bags from a pallet to chest height and dump into a machine throughout the day. Comfortably lift, push, and pull heavy items consistently. Transfer mixed materials to totes and wheel them to the production line. Follow work instructions to accurately document the quantity and type of materials to be processed. Adjust machine settings such as knives and speed as necessary. Retrieve bags of materials from the warehouse using pallet jacks. Essential Skills Experience in mixing and blending in food production. Proficiency in handling food safely and adhering to GMP standards. General production and machine operation knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to consistently lift 50lbs for 12 hours daily. Over 1 year of experience in a food production or mixing role. Positive attitude and commitment to work.
