The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, financial services, and customer relationship management. This role involves guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maximizing dealership profitability. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of credit analysis, and proficiency with financial software and title processing. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic automotive environment.Duties Manage the entire financing process for vehicle sales, including loan officer responsibilities such as credit analysis, TILA compliance, and contract preparationDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate upselling of additional products and servicesPresent financing options to customers, explain terms clearly, and negotiate deals to meet both customer needs and dealership goalsProcess loan applications efficiently using financial software and ensure accurate title processing and documentationConduct credit checks and analyze financial information to determine approval eligibilityCollaborate with sales staff to close deals effectively while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirementsStay updated on industry regulations including TILA and other federal/state laws affecting auto financingAssist customers with loan processing, title transfers, and contract signing while providing exceptional customer service throughout the processMaintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, and current promotions to support sales efforts Requirements Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership environmentStrong background in customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation techniquesKnowledge of financial services, credit analysis, loan processing, TILA regulations, and contract lawProficiency with financial software systems and title processing toolsExcellent math skills including basic math and 10-key typing accuracy for data entry tasksPrevious experience as a loan officer or in automobile sales is highly desirableAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detailExceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanorDealership experience preferred but not mandatory; relevant industry certifications are a plus This position offers an engaging work environment where your expertise can directly impact customer satisfaction and dealership success.
